Payment Terms & Conditions
By submitting payment for the GutGeeks Functional Gut Health Package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Provider Role & Scope of Practice
For Florida residents, services may be provided by a licensed healthcare provider acting within the scope of practice permitted under Florida law.
For clients residing outside of Florida, services are provided strictly as functional health coaching and educational support only. In these cases, GutGeeks does not act as a healthcare provider, and no medical care, diagnosis, or treatment is provided.
Clients residing outside of Florida are advised to seek medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment from their primary care physician or other licensed medical providers as needed.
Package Structure
The Functional Gut Health Package is a wellness and educational service that may include functional health testing review, personalized lifestyle and nutrition recommendations, and integrative wellness guidance. This package does not include pharmaceutical care or emergency medical services.
Payment Terms
• Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated.
• All payments are non-refundable, including early withdrawal, non-participation, or dissatisfaction.
• Lab testing, third-party services, digital materials, practitioner time, and report preparation are non-refundable once initiated.
• Program pricing is subject to change and is not retroactive.
No Refund Policy
Due to the individualized nature of services, testing, practitioner time, and digital resources, no refunds or chargebacks are permitted once payment has been processed.
No Medical Relationship (Outside Florida)
For clients outside the state of Florida, participation in this package does not establish a doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship. The package is not a substitute for medical care.
Client Responsibility
Participants are responsible for:
• Providing accurate health information
• Following recommendations from their licensed medical providers
• Seeking medical care for acute, urgent, or ongoing medical concerns
Agreement
By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these payment terms and conditions.
